Voice of America – Radiyoyacu VOA belongs to the Voice of America (VOA) and sends news and cultural programming in Kinyarwanda and Kirundi languages to its audience. The VOA service Radiyoyacu was established in July 1996 and covers listeners in Rwanda, Burundi, eastern Democratic Republic of Congo, southern Uganda and northwestern Tanzania.
