​RTB Pelangi FM functions as a youth-oriented radio station owned by Radio Televisyen Brunei which broadcasts throughout Brunei through these frequencies:​ 91.4 FM in the Brunei-Muara and Temburong districts 91.0 FM in the Tutong and Belait districts​ Pelangi FM entered radio programming on February 23, 1995 to deliver songs and news to teenagers and young people while broadcasting in Malay and English. The station broadcasts a compilation of international music together with domestic songs that cover different music styles such as pop and hip-hop and rock and adult contemporary. Infotainment programming combined with talk shows serves as content aimed at attracting the youthful listeners of the station.
